Terms & Conditions

All business transactions carried out by IdentiPlate carry Terms and Conditions.

IdentiPlate are referred to as the Company.

The person applying for registration plates on the builder is referred to as the purchaser.

Terms of Refund and Cancellation:

Your statutory rights are not affected. The purchaser is responsible to be aware of Terms and Conditions before ordering from the Company for they form a contract between both parties. Placing an order through the website, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions and a legal binding contract is in force between the Company and Purchaser.

If the Company is unable, or unwilling to fulfill an order for any reason, then a full refund will be given. The liability on the Companies half will be to the order value alone.

The responsibility lies with the purchaser to ensure all details given to the Company via the internet are correct. We hold no responsibility if the details are entered incorrectly. We will not change the spacing on any order.

There is to be no Cooling Off period as orders are unique and work is carried out right away. Transactions cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be given. Any liability that the Company has will be to the order value alone, minus any costs already accrued. Claims for damages, interest or any other costs incurred, the Company will not be responsible for.

All registration plates are built to your bespoke specification and as a result are not eligible for refund or cancellation once the order has been placed.

These registration plates are permitted for use on the public highway. We are affiliated with the DVLA SID 63474 and require two forms of original documentation to successfully complete an order. An order can not be fulfilled without receiving the correct documents as stated on the website.

Delivery Policy:

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class UK Signed ForĀ® delivery service. Same day dispatch available on completed orders; this includes the weekdays only.

We do our utmost to dispatch orders within a reasonable time scale but the Company cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in the postal system as it is a third party. Deliveries can be expected within a few days of dispatch and we will replace non delivered items at our discretion after a suitable time has elapsed. Royal Mail allows 15 working days before an item is considered missing.

No verbal condition or guarantee is implied on the Terms and Conditions unless authorised by the owner of the Company. If any breach of this agreement is held to be invalid by a competent jurisdiction, then the above mentioned remains valid and in force. The agreement is set between both parties in the respect of purchase and this is the Terms and Conditions of the Company.
